Pull-Free, At Last! Instruction & Mentoring

If you're ready to make ending hair pulling your 2008 New Year's Resolution, in this 32-week course Abby Leora Rohrer will personally teach and mentor you to:

If you have wanted direct instruction from Abby to become Pull-Free, At Last!, now is your chance!  If you’ll make this New Year’s Resolution to end hair pulling forever in 2008, Abby will personally instruct and mentor you through the process. 

This winter Abby will begin teaching a whole new group of students how to follow in her footsteps!  She will provide you with all the support and materials to get there, including an online group forum focused solely on healing hair pulling and supporting one another in the process.  Expect an average of 3 hours of homework per week.  Classes will be recorded so if you can't make them all, don't worry.  You can listen to them the next day.

You’ll need to act quickly but you don’t have to make a big upfront commitment.  The commitment you make it to yourself.  Payment is charged each month in advance of the following month's classes.

Completing Old Grief

Who should participate?

• The mother or father of any aged hair pulling child
• An adult hair pulling child can join one of their parents in the class

(In other words, this class is for parents as well as for adult hair pulling children with a parent. I'm sorry, at this time I can't accept younger children into the class.) 

If you're ready to help your hair pulling child of any age, THIS is the place to begin!This class is based on the many email requests from parents who have read, "Why Won't My Child Stop Hair Pulling?" The very best place to begin to help your hair pulling child is to resolve your old grief.

If you have EVER had a big relationship loss at ANY time in your life, whether as a child or an adult and whether it was the result of a death, abandonment of a parent, a painful upbringing or family life, a divorce, an early friendship that ended in a painful or abrupt way, an abortion, or any other painful relationship loss, this is your chance to finally dump it. Stop carrying unnecessary grief.

Lighten your own load and that of your hair pulling child!

Participants are asked to clear your schedule and dedicate 48 hours to finish one big past loss for good. Some of you may even come to completion on more than one loss. Once you learn the process you will be able to use it over and over again as necessary and you will even be able to teach your hair pulling child how to resolve old losses.

(A note about parent/adult child "teams." You will each be working independently on your own losses. This is a wonderful way to encourage your adult child to resolve issues that contribute to hair pulling and to also help yourself. Your relationship is likely to significantly improve by taking this course together.)

Class date: February 2-3, 2008

This class is a telephone course. You will be given the number to call once you register.

Logistics: Two class calls over the course of one weekend. One 90 minute class call on Saturday morning, February 2 and another 90 minute class call on Sunday evening, February 3.

Please note: Your weekend will be dedicated to coursework between these 2 calls.
