Understanding of Program
I understand I am purchasing an educational Program provided in a group format. Most, but not all, of the materials provided and methods discussed will be completely applicable to my particular situation. I acknowledge that neither Facilitated Recovery, LLC nor Abby Rohrer (forthwith referred to as “the instructor”), can be aware of all of the particulars surrounding my situation at all times. I will therefore adapt, to my own situation and of my own volition, any advice given to me or that I hear offered to other participants.

I understand that the instructor may mention additional resources in the form of programs, professionals, books and materials. I understand that these are for information purposes only and that Abby Rohrer or Facilitated Recovery, LLC cannot be held responsible for remedies to me for any loss or damage I experience in dealing with these resources.

Disclaimer & Release
I understand that Abby Rohrer is an educational consultant and not a mental health or medical professional and that she teaches solely from her own self-healing experience.  All material provided in this course is self-help material and is not intended to be taken as a medical or mental health prescription. If I require psychological, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment, counseling or assistance at any time before, during or after this class, I will consult a licensed mental health or medical professional. I further agree that neither I, my heirs, successors, agents, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on my behalf, will hold Facilitated Recovery, LLC or Abby Rohrer legally responsible or liable for any issues or actions which may occur as a result of these teachings.

I understand that Facilitated Recovery, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation in the Program to any applicant for any reason. I understand and agree that neither Facilitated Recovery, LLC, nor the instructor, warrants any particular level of success from my participation in the Program.

Non-Disclosure and Copyright
I hereby agree to use the proprietary information provided in the Program solely for my own use and in my own life. I understand that everything being provided in the Program is protected by copyright, so that reproduction or redistribution in any form is prohibited by law.  I agree that I will not copy, reproduce, distribute, disseminate, or create derivative works from any portion of the Program materials.
 
Miscellaneous Information
The student may seek the opinion of a psychotherapist at any time. All professionals are required by the State of Colorado to inform you that in a professional relationship sexual intimacy is never appropriate and should be reported to the State Grievance Board should it occur.

Dispute Resolution
If, within this work, something upsets the Student or does not feel right, we request that the Student bring it up with us for discussion. We promise to reasonably do everything possible to satisfy the Student. If there is any disagreement that cannot be resolved, it will be arbitrated by telephone and both will be bound by the decision of a mutually agreed upon arbiter.

Please note: According to the State of Colorado, Abby Rohrer’s work is considered as unlicensed psychotherapy. The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies has the general responsibility of regulating the practice of licensed and unlicensed individuals who practice psychotherapy.
